Benefits of Juicing

By juicing fresh fruits and vegetables you are giving your body a wealth of amazing nutrients that you may otherwise have missed out from your everyday diet. It is one of the best and easiest ways you can flood your body with a high dose of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

If there is one simple thing to add to your diet and to increase your nutrient intake I would without question recommend drinking fresh fruit and vegetable juices. To me, knowing many shop bought juices have a lengthy shelf life, and are often labelled ‘fresh,’ defeats the object of attempting to give my body ‘live’ nutrients.
